Request to freeze or cancel membership

Cancellation Policy:

- To cancel your monthly membership agreement and stop the monthly billing the club requires 15-day written notification.

- You must have a $0 balance with us before any request to cancel will be approved.
- Memberships cannot be cancelled via fax, phone, or by hearsay.
